SNOW, I know it's a reoccurring theme!

Ok...so I know what you are all thinking...She is talking about snow, AGAIN. But in my defense there seems to be a lot of it and it doesn't seem to be stopping. Yesterday (Saturday) on our way back from Costco it started snowing. Not just a little bit of snow, but a lot of snow was coming down. Cody was mad because he wanted to go to the basketball game at his school, and we told him he couldn't drive there, we would take him if he still wanted to go. The snow just kept coming. So Steve took Cody to the game. Half way there Steve looked at Cody and said "how bad do you want to go to this game?" as it was basically a whiteout, the visibility was practically zero. The snow kept coming. Well this morning when my alarm went off I looked outside to see that it was still snowing (and had been all night as I looked out our window at various time throughout the night) and we easily had over a foot of snow. I decided we were not going to go to church, the roads just didn't look safe. Then about a half hour later the Stake President's wife called (she is my visiting teacher) and informed us they had canceled church. There was too much snow to move in order to have places to park. It has continued to snow all day today as well, sometimes lighter and sometimes heavier. We all went out this morning and had a huge snowball fight. Cody won but I believe that is because he plays dirty! Kathyn also had fun building a ginormous snowman. Now they are helping our neighbor build an igloo. Both kids are really hoping for another "snow day" from school. I'm just hoping for good roads for the commute to work...or perhaps a snow day too!!
